At Youth Works Hub, we gathered every fully funded European Solidarity Corps placement whose deadline lands this week so you can scan the lot in one place and apply before the window closes. This is a big one: 46 fully funded ESC volunteering placements across 18 countries, every single one with a deadline between 1 and 6 September. The European Solidarity Corps (ESC) is the EU programme that sends young people aged 18 to 30 to volunteer on solidarity projects across Europe with travel, accommodation, food, insurance and monthly pocket money covered, which means ESC volunteering is genuinely fully funded and costs you nothing to take part. From bringing Europe to children in rural France to an olive harvest in a Cilento village, a skate-and-media youth centre in Varna, LGBTIQ+ community work in Ljubljana, and street-children support in Lomรฉ, this week's list is as varied as it is generous.
Because everything here closes within days, speed matters. Pick the projects that fit you, check the eligibility line on each (some are open to dozens of countries, a few are residence-restricted), and get your application in. If you have never done this before, ESC is built for first-timers, and this is one of the simplest ways to volunteer abroad for free. Everything below is sorted by deadline, soonest first.
