Description
During the Healthy Mind Camp at Nocrich Scout Centre, participants will take part in a variety of activities designed to promote mental well-being, self-awareness and healthy lifestyles. Through outdoor activities, teamwork challenges, creative workshops, mindfulness and reflection sessions, they will explore practical ways to manage stress, express emotions and build resilience. Participants will also have opportunities to connect with nature, develop communication and cooperation skills, and share experiences with others in a supportive and inclusive environment. The camp will encourage participants to discover healthy habits, strengthen their confidence and learn tools they can use in their everyday lives.
