Eleven Erasmus+ activities close between 18 and 20 September across eight countries, and the mix leans heavily toward youth work fundamentals: mental health, inclusion, advocacy, sport-based entrepreneurship and rural youth engagement. At Youth Works Hub, we pulled together everything closing this narrow three-day window so you can compare training courses, seminars, a partnership-building activity and a youth exchange in one place.
Two seminars in Germany run almost in parallel on youth work, mental health and democracy, two training courses in Cyprus both explore sport and tourism as tools for youth entrepreneurship, and a youth exchange in Normandy brings together 30 young people to build advocacy tools against discrimination. Round it out with a time-management training in Spain, a democratic-transformation partnership activity in Poland, an impact-measurement seminar in Italy, an inclusive-education course in Estonia, and an entrepreneurial-mindset training for rural youth in Bulgaria.
Funding varies slightly here. Most activities cover accommodation, food and travel by distance band with Youthpass included, but the Spain training course is the exception: training and meals are free, though transport and accommodation are not covered, so budget accordingly if that one interests you.

Eleven activities, eight countries, and nearly all of them close on the same day, 20 September, so this is not a batch to spread your application timeline across. Youth Works Hub tracked a clear theme running through this one: youth work's own challenges, mental health, inclusion, advocacy and entrepreneurship, rather than a scattered mix of unrelated topics.
If you have not applied for an Erasmus+ activity before, note that the Spain training course is the one exception on funding here: training and meals are free but transport and accommodation are on you, so budget that one differently from the rest. For the other ten, check eligibility (a few list specific partner countries) and get your application in well before the 20 September deadline given how many of these close on the same day.
