❗️What Is This Training About?
EDU4ALL is an international training course on inclusive education, focused on identifying barriers and adapting educational methods, environment and materials to the diverse needs and abilities of young people. TC will be in Russian.

ℹ️ Description About The Opportunity
The training aims to develop participants’ practical understanding of inclusive education and to teach them how to adapt educational methods and tasks according to the different abilities and needs of young people.
During the course, participants will explore the main barriers that prevent young people from fully participating in the educational process and learn practical ways to identify and overcome these barriers. They will learn how to adapt tasks, materials, spaces and formats of work without lowering educational expectations and explore practical methods for working with groups with different levels and needs. The course also provides participants with an opportunity to explore tools of non-formal education, the Erasmus+ programme and Youthpass, and to develop their own ideas, activities or small projects that can be implemented in their organisations and local communities.
The training is designed as a practical learning process that connects understanding of inclusion with concrete tools and approaches that participants can apply in their educational and youth work.
Objectives of the training:
The main objective of the training is to form participants’ practical understanding of inclusive education and develop their ability to adapt educational methods and tasks to the different abilities and needs of children and young people.
By the end of the training, participants will:
- identify the main barriers that prevent young people from fully participating in the educational process;
- recognise barriers in the educational environment and identify concrete ways to overcome them;
- learn practical methods for adapting tasks, educational materials, and group work;
- understand how educational activities can be adapted to different abilities and needs without lowering educational expectations;
- develop their own ideas, activities, or projects that can be implemented in their organisations;
- become familiar with tools of non-formal education;
- learn about the Erasmus+ programme and Youthpass;
- be able to apply the methods and approaches gained during the training in their educational and youth work.
Target group - the training is aimed at:
- youth workers;
- leaders of youth non-governmental organisations;
- educators and trainers;
- people who already work with mixed-ability groups;
- people who are just beginning their inclusive journey;
- participants from Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania, Finland, Germany, Poland, Portugal, Armenia, Georgia and Moldova.
Participants are expected to have experience or motivation to work with youth groups, be ready to use non-formal education methods, actively participate in all course activities and be motivated to apply the knowledge gained in their future work.
Methodology:
The training focuses on practical learning and the use of non-formal education tools. Participants will explore practical methods of adapting educational tasks, materials, and group work, identify barriers and ways of overcoming them, and develop their own ideas, activities, or projects related to inclusive education.
The learning process connects the course content with participants’ own educational and youth work, with an emphasis on practical application of the methods and approaches introduced during the training.
Practical information:
Participants are expected to take an active part in all activities of the course and to apply the acquired knowledge and methods in their educational and youth work after the training.

Participation fee
40 EUR per participant, that will be collected at the venue. This fee goes as a contribution to the administrative costs of the project.
Accommodation and food
The costs for food, accommodation and programme materials are fully covered by the grant received from the Erasmus+.
Travel reimbursement
Limits of travel reimbursement (per participant):
- Estonia: 28 EUR (or 56 EUR for GREEN travel)
- Germany, Poland, Moldova: 309 EUR
- Latvia, Lithuania: 211 EUR (or 285 EUR for GREEN travel)
- Finland: 211 EUR
- Portugal: 580 EUR
- Armenia, Georgia: 395 EUR
📜 Certificate
