❗️What Is This Training About?
The mobility is for the youth who want to raise awareness about an inclusion and diversity topic, promote it among their peers and young people.
✅ Who can apply for Erasmus+ and ESC? Eligibility depends on activity: ages 13–30 for most Erasmus+ youth activities and 18–30 for ESC volunteering (up to 35 for humanitarian aid), plus country and residence rules. ℹ️ Description About The Opportunity
The mobility is bringing together 30 participants from different countries to engage in non-formal education, and work together inclusion and diversity topics.
The project is built with non-formal education, peer learning, experiential workshops, and creative expression, offering a safe and brave space for participants to address systemic barriers and promote equal opportunities.
The objectives are:
Identify and deconstruct mechanisms of exclusion, discrimination, and marginalisation to advocate for equal rights around diverse communities.
Foster cross-cultural understanding, empathy, and active listening by analysing different perspectives on cultural, religious, gender, and social diversity.
Equip participants with practical tools (advocacy, non-violent communication, campaign design) to initiate local inclusive actions within their home organisations and regions.
Co-create multimedia outcomes (such as podcasts, digital storytelling, or visual exhibitions) to raise public awareness and disseminate project outcomes to wider communities.
Foster intercultural exchange and competencies of the participants to work with young people

All costs related to accommodation and food during the training course are provided by the project funded by Erasmus+.
Travel reimbursement
Travel costs will be reimbursed based on real costs according to the Erasmus+ distance band calculator up to the budget limit set by the Erasmus+ Programme.
📜 Certificate
