Follow a path of flexible, progressive contribution tailored to your skills and interest across 5 key areas:
1. Educational Mentorship: Support students during informal moments (lunchtime, sports) as a caring, approachable older sibling.
2. Cultural Exchange: Share your background, native language, and youth perspective through daily interactions and fun thematic sessions.
3. Community Life: Get hands-on in our organic garden, craft workshops, daily cooking, or sports, bringing your own cultural touch.
4. Academic & Oral Skills: Assist during study time and help lead public speaking workshops for students preparing for independent exams.
5. Multilingual Communication: Help launch a student-run blog and boost our European outreach on social media.

Accommodation, food and transport arrangements
The 2 Volunteers will share a furnished flat managed by ARAMM near public transport. Lunch is freshly prepared and shared with students on weekdays—a key community moment. A dedicated allowance covers other meals.
Work schedule is 35h/week (Mon–Fri, school hours, including prep time). Enjoy 8 weeks of paid leave (18 days above ESC minimum) and flexible scheduling for personal travel.
Support Provided: Free public transport pass (work & personal use), Wi-Fi, full support from UFCV Loire (Lead Label), and bike storage/parking on site.
Training during the activity
- ESC Cycle: Participation in mandatory On-Arrival Training and Mid-Term Evaluation organized by the National Agency.
- Pedagogical Onboarding: Specific training in Montessori pedagogy upon arrival to integrate smoothly into the team.
- Language Support: French as a Foreign Language (FLE) courses alongside access to the official OLS platform.
- Mentorship & Guidance: Regular, personalized support from a dedicated mentor throughout the mission to ensure personal and professional development.
Participant profile
We are looking for an active European volunteer to join our small, self-managed educational community. Rather than acting as a traditional teacher or parent, you will act like an "older sibling"—building trust and maintaining kind, steady boundaries through care, consistency, and a playful spirit.
Key Responsibilities
Daily Community Life: Participate in non-hierarchical routines alongside students, including cooking, gardening, tidying up, and informal supervision.
Workshops & Activities: Lead oral expression, storytelling, or small group activities, and share personal skills, crafts, sports, or cultural traditions.
Communication & Media: Help launch a multilingual blog and contribute to the school's online presence through writing, photography, or social media.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Aptitude: Flexible, reliable, patient with repetitive routines, and comfortable with physical or outdoor activities.
Language: Fluent French is NOT required. A genuine willingness to learn and communicate in everyday life is what matters.
