Fifteen Erasmus+ opportunities across 12 countries in a single batch โ and this is one of the richest youth-worker training drops of the season. Theatre of the Oppressed in Germany, a "Learning by Bussing" road trip from Denmark to Prague, dance and movement on the shores of Lake Ohrid, bioconstruction with flights covered in rural Portugal, Yin and Yang with daily Chi Kung in Hungary, outdoor adventure education in the forests of Latvia, and creative reflection in shared tents on an Italian social farm โ these are not calls you'll see grouped together again.
The common thread this time is the youth worker's own growth: several of these โ the Human Toolbox in Portugal, the Art of Balance in Hungary, Latvia's nature facilitation and the Netherlands' playfulness course โ are as much about preventing your own burnout as about new methods to take home. Italy, Portugal and Hungary each offer two courses, spanning reflection and quality-building, inner resources and bioconstruction, balance and trauma-informed practice. The tents-on-a-social-farm reflection course in Italy closes first on 8 July, a cluster of movement- and wellbeing-focused trainings follows on 10 July, and the calendar stretches to Portugal's flights-covered bioconstruction course on 15 September. Choose yours.
