Have you ever dreamed of embarking on a quest to find yourself all over again? Health Quest is a fully funded Erasmus+ Youth Exchange on the Polish coast, guided by a simple but powerful principle: a healthy mind in a healthy body. Over nine days, young explorers will challenge their unhealthy habits, build self-confidence, and discover healthier living through nutrition, sport, and mental wellbeing, all while making lifelong friendships.

About the Project

Once upon a time, in the heart of Europe, two experienced trainers, Marcelina and รbris, decided to take 29 participants from Poland, Hungary, Romania, Italy, and Spain on a Health Quest, guided by the noble principle of a healthy mind in a healthy body. They wanted to help young people grow into adults who take care of both their physical and mental wellbeing.

Drawing on years of experience, they created a programme in which non-formal methods, expert input, and active workshops help young people explore healthy living in three key areas: nutrition, sports, and mental wellbeing. Together, participants take a peek into the depths of their mindsets, battle unhealthy habits, learn how to make their lives healthier, and build the self-confidence worthy of the bravest explorers, all while enjoying sport and meaningful connection.

The Health Quest is ready and waiting for courageous individuals aged 18 to 30 who are ready to challenge their habits. During their week on the Polish coast, they will look closely at their lifestyles, explore their mindsets, and build self-confidence. The most daring participants will take part in sports activities, and those who want to share their passion for exercise and a healthy lifestyle are welcome to propose their own session.
