What if learning could happen through movement, play, and the open air rather than sitting still indoors? Level Up is a fully funded Erasmus+ Training Course on Spain's Mediterranean coast, inviting youth workers to explore how movement, body expression, outdoor spaces, and gamified non-formal education can become powerful tools for learning, self-expression, and connection.

About the Training

Level Up: Learning Through Movement is a training course designed to explore how learning in open-air environments and through movement can improve youth work practices and create more engaging, inclusive, and meaningful learning experiences. Rooted in traditional education but drawn to nature, it brings learning to life by using the outdoors as a resource and outdoor spaces as educational tools.

Organised by YEP Association in Cambrils, Spain, the course brings together youth workers from different countries to explore learning through movement, body expression, group dynamics, non-formal education, and personal development in an intercultural environment. Through interactive activities, group dynamics, and creative workshops, you will discover new ways of communicating, collaborating, and learning beyond words, and how movement can help create stronger connections, inclusion, and personal awareness.
