ℹ️ Description About The Opportunity

How can we better support young people's emotional wellbeing while also taking care of our own capacity for connection, resilience and healthy boundaries?

Wellness Navigators is a series of six free online webinars for youth workers, educators, trainers and facilitators who want to strengthen their competences in supporting emotional wellbeing.

Across six interactive sessions, participants will explore practical approaches from Nonviolent Communication (NVC), embodiment and nervous-system awareness, resilience, self-empathy, Transactional Analysis and boundary work.

The webinars combine accessible theoretical input with reflection, experiential exercises and practical tools that can be adapted to youth work and educational settings.
