Curious about how innovative companies actually win projects? YORD, a growing AI and XR studio in Prague that designs immersive reality, AI, and spatial computing solutions for clients worldwide, is looking for a Business Development, Sales and Grants intern through the Erasmus+ programme.

You will experience everything from finding business opportunities and researching markets to preparing grant applications, public tenders, and client proposals that help bring groundbreaking XR projects to life. YORD is not looking for someone who already knows everything, but for someone curious, analytical, and eager to learn something new every day.

๐Ÿ”Ž Business development and sales, researching clients, industries, and opportunities across Europe, monitoring tenders, grant calls, and funding programmes, and preparing concise summaries

๐Ÿ“ Grants and proposal preparation, supporting grant applications and tender submissions, writing proposal sections and methodologies, and organising documents and annexes

๐Ÿ—‚๏ธ Coordination and operations, keeping documentation and databases organised, coordinating across teams, and tracking deadlines

๐Ÿ“Š Supporting the sales team with market research, competitor analysis, lead qualification, CRM maintenance, and preparing pitch decks

๐Ÿง‘โ€๐ŸŽ“ What They Are Looking For

๐Ÿ‡ฌ๐Ÿ‡ง Excellent written and spoken English (C1 or higher, no certificate required)

โœ๏ธ Strong writing, research, and summarising skills, and the ability to work with complex information

๐Ÿ—‚๏ธ Great organisational skills, attention to detail, and proficiency with Google Workspace or Microsoft Office

๐Ÿค– Comfortable using AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, or Gemini for research and writing

๐Ÿ’ก A big plus: basic knowledge of grants, EU funding, or public procurement, CRM tools like HubSpot, and interest in XR, AI, and innovation
