Responsibilities
The intern will support various functions across their department or division. Specific responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
🗂️ Administrative support: assisting with routine tasks such as data entry, scheduling meetings, organising documents, and responding to emails
🔍 Research and analysis: conducting research, gathering and analysing data, and contributing to reports or presentations that support decision-making
📋 Project assistance: supporting ongoing projects by participating in meetings, contributing ideas during brainstorming sessions, and completing assigned tasks
📝 Documentation and reporting: maintaining and updating records, assisting in preparing reports, and documenting project progress and outcomes
🎓 Learning and development: actively participating in training sessions, workshops, and webinars, and applying feedback to enhance performance
🤝 Team collaboration: communicating effectively and working closely with colleagues, supervisors, and cross-functional teams
📊 Presentation support: contributing to the development and design of presentations for internal meetings or external stakeholders
✨ Ad hoc tasks: taking on special assignments and assisting with events, scheduling coordination, and other tasks as required

Eligibility Criteria
At the beginning of the internship contract, you must be:
🌍 A national of a member country of the NDB
🎂 30 years of age or younger
🗣️ Fluent in English
💼 Have no more than 1 year of full-time work experience in total
🎓 Have completed postgraduate/master's studies within the last 12 months, or be currently enrolled in full-time postgraduate/master's studies in a relevant field
⏳ Available to work full-time during the internship programme
