What becomes possible when curiosity, imagination, spontaneity, and wonder are welcomed into the centre of how we learn, relate, and work with young people? Play.full.nest is an eight-day Erasmus+ Training Course in Ommen, the Netherlands, inviting youth workers and facilitators to explore playfulness not as a technique to master, but as a doorway into greater presence, creativity, and connection.

About the Training

Play.full.nest is an invitation to explore what becomes possible when curiosity, imagination, spontaneity, wonder, and connection are welcomed into the centre of our learning, relationships, and everyday lives. Over eight days, participants create a shared learning environment where these qualities can be experienced, explored, and nurtured through direct experience.

Rather than approaching playfulness as a skill to master or a technique to apply, the training sees it as a doorway into greater presence, creativity, adaptability, and connection. Through experiential and non-formal learning, participants explore how a playful attitude can enrich their personal lives, strengthen their wellbeing, and inspire the ways they work with young people and communities.

This is an eight-day international training course for youth workers, educators, facilitators, social workers, community practitioners, and anyone accompanying the learning, growth, or wellbeing of young people. It is equally open to those taking their first steps in youth work. Whether you arrive with years of experience or fresh curiosity, your perspective, questions, and experiences will be an important part of the collective learning journey.

Please note: this programme is offered as a learning and training experience focused on practical tools, creative methods, reflection, and individual and group exploration. It is not therapy and is not intended to replace professional mental health care or clinical support.
