At Youth Works Hub, we have gathered 27 fully funded Erasmus+ opportunities in 16 countries, all closing between 5 and 11 October 2026. Most of them are aimed at youth workers: 23 of the 27 are listed as training courses, alongside three online e-learning sessions and one Youth Exchange for young people in Tรผrkiye. Spain leads with four opportunities, two of them online, followed by Italy and Germany with three each. The rest of the list covers Albania, Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Czechia, Finland, France, Greece, Lithuania, Portugal, Romania, Serbia and Tรผrkiye. Topics range from youth participation, emotional support and inclusion to digital storytelling, outdoor education, escape rooms, graphic facilitation, financial education and sustainability. If you work with young people as a youth worker, trainer, educator or project coordinator, this deadline alert gives you a full week of choices in one place. Not sure how an Erasmus+ Training Course works? Our guide explains who can join and what to expect.
A few opportunities stand out. In Italy, 24 youth workers from 6 countries meet in Liguria for seven working days on reaching young people with fewer opportunities, and the course has no participation fee, with accommodation and all meals covered, travel reimbursed within Erasmus+ limits and three months of mentoring afterwards. The Municipality of Tosya in Tรผrkiye hosts a Youth Exchange where 36 young people aged 18 to 25 turn a small Anatolian town into a joint social media campaign, editing with CapCut and Canva. In Serbia, a training course shows how to design and apply for Mobility of Youth Workers (KA153) projects that strengthen local and municipal youth work. Austria runs a project lab for youth work with Deaf and hard of hearing young people, with hands-on support on Erasmus+ and European Solidarity Corps funding. In Greece, youth workers explore inclusion through escape games, role play and gamified Greek mythology storytelling. Lithuania offers a training on supporting young people through emotional challenges, using art as a way in when words are not enough. In Bulgaria, a conference on game-based peacebuilding with Generation Z includes a live escape room demonstration. In Romania, an outdoor education course ends with every method tested directly with local young people in a community outdoor session.
Funding
For the in-person training courses and the Youth Exchange, Erasmus+ covers travel and stay for selected participants, and the three e-learning sessions take place online. One listing asks for a financial contribution: the nature-based learning course in Germany requests 50 to 100 EUR depending on your situation, while accommodation, full board and travel are covered. On deadlines, nine opportunities close on 11 October, five on 5 October, four each on 6 and 10 October, three on 7 October and two on 9 October.

2. ๐ฎ๐น Erasmus+ Training Course in Italy: United, Inclusive and Youth Oriented, for Youth Workers Reaching Young People With Fewer Opportunities
๐ Deadline: 5 October 2026
Every youth worker can name the young people they are not reaching. That sentence opens this infopack, and the whole week is built around closing that gap. 24 youth workers from 6 countries meet in Liguria for seven working days on needs assessment, inclusive non-formal education, activity design and facilitation. You go through the Wheel of Life, problem and solution trees, SMART objectives and non-violent communication as a participant first, then facilitate a session yourself in front of the group. You leave with a tested method repository, a transfer plan and a Youthpass drafted from your own evidence, plus three months of mentoring afterwards. No participation fee, accommodation and all meals covered, travel reimbursed within Erasmus+ limits. Youth workers 18+, no upper age limit, no previous Erasmus+ experience needed, English B1 to B2. Open to applicants from ๐ฎ๐น ๐ท๐ด ๐ต๐ฑ ๐ช๐ธ ๐ซ๐ท and 1 more!
3. ๐ฑ๐น Erasmus+ Training Course in Lithuania: Supporting Young People Through Emotional Challenges With Art
๐ Deadline: 5 October 2026

4. ๐ง๐ฌ Erasmus+ Training Course in Bulgaria: From Empathy to Action Partnership Building for Underserved Communities
๐ Deadline: 5 October 2026

Open to applicants from ๐ญ๐ท ๐ฉ๐ฐ ๐ฎ๐ช ๐ท๐ธ ๐จ๐ญ and 29 more!
5. ๐ซ๐ฎ Erasmus+ Training Course in Finland: Outreach Promotion and Mentoring for Local Youth Councils

9. ๐น๐ท Erasmus+ Youth Exchange in Tรผrkiye: Shoot, Cut, Share, The Tosya Trail, Turning a Small Anatolian Town Into a Social Media Campaign

The Municipality of Tosya is hosting an Erasmus+ Youth Exchange where 36 young people turn a small Anatolian town into a joint social media campaign, shooting on a different theme each day and editing with CapCut and Canva. A photo safari through historic streets, local flavours, rice fields and rural landscapes, a cultural night on Republic Day, and every photo added to Google Maps for the place it was taken. ๐ก Note from youthworker_eu: a participation fee like this is usually a contribution the organisation asks for its own institutional capacity, not a cost of the programme. It is never paid at application, only by selected participants, and in many cases it can be negotiated or even waived by the organisation. If an organisation asks you to pay at the application stage, report it to the National Agency or the European Commission and let us know, so we can report it too.

On 6 October the Youth Exchange in Tรผrkiye closes, together with a faith and queer identity dialogue training in Belgium, a vertical video course in Germany and an online feedback session from Spain. The busiest day is 11 October, with nine opportunities: mentoring for European Solidarity Corps volunteers and inclusive mythology games in Greece, the Deaf youth work project lab in Austria, KA153 projects in Serbia, educational escape rooms in Italy, nature-based learning in Germany, and sustainability competences, graphic facilitation and an online financial education webinar from Spain. Before you apply, check what Erasmus+ covers for youth activities, so you know how travel and stay are handled.
Eligibility differs from listing to listing, so read it before you apply. The study visit in Belgium is open only to residents of Spain, and three opportunities list only five eligible countries: the online feedback session from Spain, the creative autobiography course in Germany and the sustainability course in Spain. A genuine Erasmus+ project never asks you to pay at the application stage, and our guide on how to spot a real Erasmus+ or ESC project lists the red flags to watch for. Every fully funded Erasmus+ opportunity in this list closes by 11 October 2026, so check your eligibility, open the listing and apply before the deadline.
