At Youth Works Hub, we read all nine of these youth worker trainings in full, and every one of them closes by 5 October 2026. They are fully funded Erasmus+ opportunities for youth workers, trainers, NGO staff and educators, spread across seven countries: Poland, Bulgaria, Türkiye, Latvia, Spain, Lithuania and Finland. The topics cover much of what youth work asks of people right now. In Poland, Logos NGO runs a hands-on course on facilitation inside Wielkopolska National Park. In Bulgaria, LIMITLESS is built for NGO leaders who feel close to burnout. In Lithuania, INSIDE OUT trains youth workers to support young people through emotional crises using creative and artistic methods. In Latvia, a winter week of dreamwork and nature-based practice runs in a rural guest house. In Finland, members of local youth councils learn outreach and mentoring. In Bansko, Bulgaria, a Partnership-building Activity helps organisations working in rural and underserved places find partners for 2027. In Spain, teachers and youth workers learn game-based methods for climate action, and Focus Mentoring in Poznań helps organisations improve mentoring in the European Solidarity Corps. Eligibility is where these differ most. Three are open to only a handful of countries: the online BRIDGE4MOTHERS training to Bulgaria, Germany, Greece and Türkiye, the Spanish climate pathway to Spain, Italy, Bulgaria and Slovenia, and the Latvian dreamwork course to eight countries. INSIDE OUT asks for at least 23 years of age and two years of experience with young people, and the Spanish pathway runs entirely in Spanish.
Funding
Erasmus+ covers travel and stay for most of these trainings: accommodation and meals are provided, and travel is reimbursed by distance, in some cases with a higher rate for green travel. According to Youth Works Hub's review, the details vary: Finland caps travel at €340 per participant, Latvia deducts €50 for the organised transfer from Riga, and in Spain travel and accommodation are covered only for up to 15 selected participants attending the Málaga session. LIMITLESS in Bulgaria is the only one with a stated participation fee, €75 for selected participants, while Focus Mentoring asks you to check any fee with your own National Agency. Deadlines cluster at the start of October: one rolling, one on 30 September, two on 1 October, two on 4 October and three on 5 October.

🎓 Erasmus+ Opportunities
1. 🇵🇱 Erasmus+ Training Course in Poland 🎤 Facilitate to Participate, Building Confident and Creative Facilitators for Youth Work 🌲

Logos NGO runs this training course in Mosina from 19 to 26 October 2026, at the Stacja Ekologiczna w Jeziorach inside Wielkopolska National Park, on the shore of Lake Góreckie. It is built around facilitation itself: reading group dynamics, active listening, questioning, group decision-making, designing participant-centred activities and practising experiential and outdoor methods, led by trainers Emir Shevkiev and Małgorzata Kurczewska. It is open to youth workers, facilitators, organisers and team leaders aged 18 and older from 32 eligible countries, with English as the working language, and accommodation, food and travel costs are covered according to the reimbursement guidelines. There is no fixed deadline, applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
2. 🇧🇬 Erasmus+ Training Course in Bulgaria 🔥 Leading Through Uncertainty and Preventing Burnout 🧘

LIMITLESS is a seven-day programme in Stara Zagora, from 11 to 17 November 2026, for NGO leaders, core team members and social entrepreneurs who want to navigate uncertainty, prevent burnout and change the way they lead. Synergy Bulgaria provides accommodation at the Youthopia Center in shared rooms, three meals a day adapted to dietary needs, and training materials, and travel is reimbursed up to the limit of the Erasmus+ Distance Calculator. Participants must be 18 or older, reside in an Erasmus+ Programme country, commit to the full programme and be comfortable in English. There is a €75 participation fee, which applies only to selected participants.
💡 Note from youthworker_eu: a participation fee like this is usually a contribution the organisation asks for its own institutional capacity, not a cost of the programme. It is never paid at application, only by selected participants, and in many cases it can be negotiated or even waived by the organisation. If an organisation asks you to pay at the application stage, report it to the National Agency or the European Commission and let us know, so we can report it too.
3. 🇹🇷 Erasmus+ Online E Learning by Türkiye 🤱 Gender Informed Approaches for Supporting Vulnerable Mothers 💻

BRIDGE4MOTHERS is an online training on 2 October 2026, delivered in English by NEXUS Education and Consultancy Center, on gender-informed and inclusive approaches for supporting vulnerable mothers. It is designed for youth workers, trainers, educators, VET professionals and adult-learning practitioners who work with women, mothers or learners facing barriers to participation, and it introduces practical methods, learning resources and the BRIDGE4MOTHERS e-learning platform. There are 52 places and participants receive a Youthpass certificate, but only residents of Bulgaria, Germany, Greece and Türkiye can apply.
4. 🇱🇻 Erasmus+ Training Course in Latvia 🌙 Dreaming from the Mycelium of the Earth, a Winter Week of Dreamwork and Nature-Based Practice 🍄

Actions for Change, with guides Sandra Horea and Lelde Gusta, runs this training course at the guest house Vonadziņi in the Stāmerienas district of rural north-east Latvia from 4 to 12 December 2026, with seven full training days from 5 to 11 December. The programme combines dream-tending, storytelling, poetry, embodiment, movement, expressive arts and nature-based learning, for youth workers, facilitators, educators, mentors, coaches, artists and community workers aged 18 and older. Materials, activities, accommodation and food are 100% covered by the Erasmus+ grant, travel is reimbursed with €50 deducted for the organised transfer from Riga, and a donation of €80 to €120 is invited but not mandatory. Only residents of Latvia, Romania, Cyprus, Italy, Iceland, Estonia, Czechia and Slovakia can apply, and the whole training is alcohol and drug-free.
5. 🇵🇱 Erasmus+ Training Course in Poland 🧭 Focus Mentoring for Organisations 🤝

Focus Mentoring is a residential training course in Poznań from 7 to 11 December 2026, organised by Fundacja Rozwoju Systemu Edukacji and funded by the European Solidarity Corps programme. It is for project coordinators, project managers and other team members of organisations involved in European Solidarity Corps activities who want to use the Mentoring Competence Framework to improve mentoring support, at any level of experience. The hosting National Agency covers accommodation, programme and food, while you need to contact the National Agency of your country of residence before applying to check whether it takes part in this project and covers travel costs, and to learn about any participation or cancellation fee.
6. 🇪🇸 Erasmus+ Training Course in Spain 🎲 Game Based Methods for Climate Action 🌍

Coglobal's "¿Nos jugamos el futuro?" is a free training pathway on game-based and participatory methods for climate action, part of the Erasmus+ project GAME ON for Climate Action, for youth workers, teachers and education professionals who work with young people. It combines a launch webinar on 6 October, three online sessions on 3, 10 and 17 November and a three-hour in-person session in Málaga on 1 December 2026, where travel and accommodation are covered for up to 15 selected participants, with travel up to €100 from Spain and €200 from Italy, Bulgaria and Slovenia. All activities are delivered in Spanish, and only residents of Spain, Italy, Bulgaria and Slovenia can apply.
7. 🇱🇹 Erasmus+ Training Course in Lithuania 🧠 Supporting Young People Through Emotional Challenges With Art 🎨

INSIDE OUT is a training course at the Royal SPA Residence in Birštonas from 15 to 20 November 2026, for youth workers, educators, social workers, counsellors and others who want to address mental health, emotional well-being and emotional crises in youth work, including through creative and artistic methods. The training is free of charge, although partner sending organisations could apply an administration fee, and it covers accommodation in triple rooms with access to the SPA area, three meals a day and travel reimbursed up to 100% based on distance. Participants must be at least 23 and have at least two years of experience working with young people.
8. 🇧🇬 Erasmus+ Training Course in Bulgaria 🤝 From Empathy to Action Partnership Building for Underserved Communities 🌱
📅 Deadline: 5 October 2026
From Empathy to Action is a Partnership-building Activity in Bansko from 4 to 11 December 2026, run by the Zarika Association for people from organisations working with young people in small towns, rural areas, marginalised communities and other underserved contexts. Participants exchange practices, join study visits, pitch or develop project ideas for the February and March 2027 Erasmus+ deadlines and help launch a new international network. Accommodation, food, training materials and local transport for study visits are 100% covered, travel is reimbursed up to Erasmus+ distance limits and there is no participation fee, but you must arrange your own travel insurance and hold a European Health Insurance Card, and you should be part of, or work closely with, your organisation's decision-making circle.
9. 🇫🇮 Erasmus+ Training Course in Finland 📣 Outreach Promotion and Mentoring for Local Youth Councils 🤝

The Union of Local Youth Councils in Finland (Nuva ry) runs this training course in Kouvola from 7 to 12 December 2026 for members and support staff of local youth councils, focused on inclusive outreach strategies, digital storytelling and mentoring frameworks such as onboarding protocols and peer buddy systems. There is no participation fee, accommodation in shared rooms of two to four people and meals are provided, and travel is reimbursed up to a maximum of €340 per participant. The methodology combines peer learning, group work, simulations, case studies and exchange of practices.
If your organisation is running on empty, LIMITLESS in Stara Zagora and INSIDE OUT in Birštonas both deal with well-being, one for NGO leaders themselves and one for the young people you work with. If you want sharper practical skills, Facilitate to Participate in Mosina and the local youth council course in Kouvola focus on facilitation, communication and mentoring. If you are looking for partners rather than training, the Partnership-building Activity in Bansko is built to turn ideas into proposals for the 2027 Erasmus+ deadlines. And if you want something that does not look like any other course, the dreamwork week in rural Latvia is it. Before you count on a place being completely free, read the hidden costs of a fully funded project, because own insurance, deducted transfers and small contributions still appear on some of these calls.

LIMITLESS closes on 30 September, BRIDGE4MOTHERS and the Latvian course on 1 October, Focus Mentoring and the Spanish climate pathway on 4 October, and INSIDE OUT, the Bansko Partnership-building Activity and the Finnish course on 5 October, while Facilitate to Participate has no fixed deadline.
