LIMITLESS is a 7-day program designed for NGO leaders, entrepreneurs, and changemakers who want to navigate uncertainty, prevent burnout, and redefine the way they lead and drive impact in their daily work.

This training is designed for NGO leaders, entrepreneurs, and changemakers navigating uncertainty. Anyone ready to lead differently. The world is shifting in ways none of us have experienced before. Funding disappears. Rules change. People leave. And the old way of leading – pushing through, staying busy, carrying it all – doesn't work anymore.

We’re offering 7 days to learn how to lead in a new way while staying true to yourself.

This training is for you, if: You're wearing too many hats. Project coordinator, grant writer, team motivator, problem-solver – sometimes all in the same day. There's no one else to do it, so you do it all. You're stuck in reactive mode: firefighting every day while funding is uncertain, rules keep changing, and partners disappear. No time to think strategically, just trying to keep things from falling apart. You're exhausted. You wake up tired. You go to bed overwhelmed. You're on the edge of burnout, or maybe you've already been there. You're losing the fire. You started this work because you cared deeply. But now you're so exhausted and overwhelmed that you've lost touch with why you started.

WE WOULD LOVE TO HAVE YOU IN OUR PROGRAM IF: You’re 18+ years old You reside in one of the Erasmus+ Programme countries You're running an NGO, part of the core team of an NGO, or a social entrepreneur working on impact-driven projects You're facing real challenges in your work – even if you can't name just one. We're looking for participants who want to solve real problems, not just explore out of curiosity You can commit to participating for the full duration of the program (November 11-17) You’re comfortable communicating in English.

Participation fee

The participation fee is €75. We invest fully in the quality of this program — and we look for participants who are ready to match that commitment: time-wise, energy-wise, and financially.

Accommodation and food

Accommodation, food, and training materials are provided by Synergy Bulgaria. Participants will be hosted at the Youthopia Center in Stara Zagora. Accommodation and facilities include: comfortable shared rooms, outdoor & relaxation areas, shared living spaces. We'll also provide 3 meals per day (breakfast, lunch, dinner) tailored to dietary needs (vegetarian, vegan, etc.), along with coffee break access.

Travel reimbursement

Travel costs from your hometown to Stara Zagora (the closest town) and back will be reimbursed up to the limit according to the Erasmus+ Distance Calculator.
