10 Fully Funded Erasmus+ Opportunities Closing 6 to 11 October 2026: A Youth Exchange in Türkiye and Trainings in Italy, Spain and Germany

Posted 2 October 2026

Youth Works Hub checked all 10 of these Erasmus+ listings in full, and every one closes between 6 and 11 October 2026. The batch combines one youth exchange for 18 to 25 year olds in Tosya, Türkiye, with nine activities mainly for youth workers and youth leaders: seven in person in Italy, Bulgaria, Czechia, Belgium, Spain and Germany, and two online sessions run from Romania and Spain, across 8 countries in total. The Tosya youth exchange closes first, on 6 October, the online youth centre course on 9 October, and four activities close on 10 October and four on 11 October. If you are new to the format, it helps to know what an Erasmus+ youth exchange is and how it differs from the trainings for youth workers further down.

A few activities stand out. In Tosya, young people go on a photo safari through a small Anatolian town and turn what they shoot into a real social media campaign, with a phone being enough to take part. In Gavoi, Sardinia, a seminar brings together youth workers, particularly those working with young people in rural and remote areas, to explore AI tools and rural youth work, while in Pernik, Bulgaria, a conference sharing the results of a game-based peacebuilding project for Generation Z includes a live Peace Escape Room demonstration. In Prague, Arts of Prevention connects youth workers and artists who want to use creative methods in prevention work, and in Turin, a training course teaches you to design educational escape rooms. In Barcelona, a seven-day course links the GreenComp sustainability framework with employability, in Weimar, youth workers learn nature-based methods, spending as much time outdoors as possible, and in Brussels, a four-day Erasmus+ study visit includes exchanges linked to EU transport policy.

Read the conditions closely, because several of these are narrow. The Brussels study visit is open only to applicants from Spain, with 4 places, and the Barcelona course only to Germany, Italy, Poland, Portugal and Spain. The Weimar course requires a financial contribution of €50 to €100, the Pernik conference caps travel at €120 from any country, and the Tosya exchange does not cover insurance and requires you to apply through a sending organisation. The online course from Romania and the Pernik conference are open to 55 countries, and the online seminar from Spain to 44, which includes countries outside the Erasmus+ Programme.

📅 Deadline: 6 October 2026

The Municipality of Tosya, which holds an Erasmus+ Youth Accreditation (KA151), is hosting Shoot, Cut, Share, The Tosya Trail, a youth exchange for 36 young people from 6 countries in Tosya, Kastamonu, from 23 to 31 October 2026. Participants explore the town's streets, flavours and landscapes with their cameras and phones on a photo safari, with stops such as the Abdurrahman Paşa Mosque, the traditional gümele vineyard houses and the Dipsiz Göl and Yeşilgöl lakes, and turn what they capture into a joint social media campaign promoting the town. Working in teams, they learn to use the camera and phone as storytelling tools, edit with CapCut and Canva, prepare a campaign calendar and present their country at an intercultural night on Republic Day, 29 October. No professional experience is needed and a phone is enough, but participants should bring a laptop or tablet for editing. Participants share rooms for 2 or 3 people at Doğramacı City Hotel, assigned by gender, get three meals a day plus coffee breaks, and have travel reimbursed in euro, in cash, by Erasmus+ distance band, from €28 to €1,735 depending on distance and green travel. There is no participation fee, but insurance is not covered, so participants arrange their own travel and health insurance. Participants are 18 to 25, with no age limit for group leaders, English is the working language and each national team needs at least 2 people who can communicate comfortably in English, and applications go through a sending organisation from any of the 33 Erasmus+ Programme Countries, Türkiye included.

10. 🇩🇪 Erasmus+ Training Course in Germany 🌲 Nature Based Learning for Eco Friendly Youth Work 🍃

📅 Deadline: 11 October 2026

This training course at the European Youth Education and Meeting Centre in Weimar (EJBW), from 11 to 17 January 2027, helps youth workers bring nature-based learning and eco-friendly practices into their everyday work, learning in, from and about nature and spending as much time outdoors as possible. It follows five steps, Connect, Experience, Critically explore, Design and Take action, from exploring nature-based methods for well-being and resilience to designing activities with a practical template and making a concrete plan for your own work and organisation. Accommodation in shared rooms and full board are at the EJBW, and travel is reimbursed on the cheapest options within the distance-band limits, from €28 to €580, or €56 to €785 for green travel. The organiser requires a financial contribution of €50, €75 or €100 from each participant, depending on whether you have no income of your own, are a freelancer with your own income or are in stable employment, to pay trainers and staff fairly, and invites anyone who cannot afford it to get in touch for an individual solution. The course has 24 places for youth workers, trainers, youth leaders and related roles, and applicants from 34 countries can apply.

💡 Note from youthworker_eu: a participation fee like this is a contribution the organisation asks for itself, not a cost of the programme. It is never paid at application, only by selected participants, and in many cases it can be negotiated or even waived by the organisation. If an organisation asks you to pay at the application stage, report it to the National Agency or the European Commission and let us know, so we can report it too.

If you are 18 to 25 and want a hands-on week abroad, the Tosya exchange is the one to look at, while youth workers can choose by topic: rural youth work and AI in Gavoi, game-based peacebuilding in Pernik, creative prevention in Prague, escape rooms in Turin, sustainability and employability in Barcelona or nature-based learning in Weimar. Applicants from Spain have the Brussels study visit on cycling and EU participation, and the youth centre course from Romania and the financial education seminar from Spain can be followed online, from 55 and 44 eligible countries respectively. Most activities are free, but check the small print: Weimar requires a contribution, Tosya does not include insurance, and Turin leaves one dinner to you, so read about the hidden costs of a fully funded project before you apply. Check the eligible countries first, since two of these are limited to a handful of countries, and see how Erasmus+ travel reimbursement and distance bands work, because the travel limits range from €120 in Pernik and €220 in Brussels to the distance-band amounts at the other venues.

Time is tight. Tosya closes on 6 October and the online youth centre course on 9 October, then Gavoi, Pernik, Prague and Brussels close on 10 October, and the financial education seminar, Turin, Barcelona and Weimar on 11 October. Most of the activities themselves run between late October 2026 and January 2027, so applying now gives you time to plan travel and time off. Read each listing, check the eligible countries and conditions, then open the link and apply.
