🇹🇷 ESC Volunteering in Şanlıurfa 🕊️ Social Inclusion & Refugee Support 📚 Support Youth and Children 🇹🇷

🌟 Are you ready to make a real impact in the historic city of Şanlıurfa? 🇹🇷 GAP Genclik Dernegi is looking for open-minded and dynamic volunteers! 🤝 This project is a unique opportunity to work with youth, children, and refugees, using non-formal education and creative tools to promote social inclusion. 🎨 If you are passionate about multiculturalism, community building, and personal development in a diverse environment, this project is for you! ✨

🚀 Project Mission & Objectives

🎯 The main mission of GAP Genclik Dernegi is to empower young people and foster intercultural understanding in the Southeastern Anatolia region. 🌍 Volunteers will be deeply involved in the daily activities of the association, working directly with children and refugee communities. 🕊️

💡 During this mission, you will help implement workshops using Non-Formal Education (NFE) methodologies. 🧩 You will have the chance to develop your own projects, gain competences in quality management, and discuss potential challenges in social work. 🤝 This is more than a volunteer service; it is a laboratory for professional and personal growth in a multicultural setting. ❤️

🛠️ Your Role and Daily Tasks

📚 Youth Work: Support the staff in organizing daily activities and educational workshops for youth aged 7-29. 🎒
🤝 Refugee Support: Assist in programs designed for the integration and empowerment of refugee children and families. 🕊️

💶 In accordance with the ESC program rules, volunteers will receive food money and monthly pocket money paid in cash. 🍽️ Travel costs from your home country to Şanlıurfa will be reimbursed based on the distance band. ✈️ Living in this ancient city will allow you to experience deep history and a very warm local hospitality. ☕
