✨ About the Project
Join One Cooperativa, a dynamic organization that promotes social, cultural, and economic improvement in its community. This program combines hospitality, cultural exchange, and social work to empower local youth, support migrants, and tackle social challenges.

🌟 What You’ll Do

• Manage the hostel: Tourist reception and maintenance of common spaces.
• Engage in farm activities and learn local cooking traditions.
• Collaborate with initiatives for migrants and food distribution to people in need.
• Connect with the Ukrainian community in Crotone.
• Write articles for the local newspaper and create social media content.
• Participate in workshops like comics drawing, local dance, and cultural exchanges.

🏠 Accommodation, Food, and Pocket Money

• Stay in the hostel managed by the organization, sharing double/triple rooms with other volunteers.
• Food is prepared and shared with staff during activities.
• Receive €17/day (including travel expenses) – remember to save all travel tickets and boarding passes!

🎓 Training & Certification

• On-Arrival Training: First 7 days by Associazione Joint.
• Mid-Term Evaluation: Complete feedback forms.
• Final Evaluation: Youthpass Certificate after project completion.

👤 Who Should Apply?

• Age: 18-30
• Citizenship/Residency: EU countries (including Italy).
• Available for the entire project period (24/03/2025 – 23/05/2025).
• Preferred: Experience in video-making or youth work, or individuals who are unemployed, from rural areas, or in economically disadvantaged situations.
• Must be open-minded, creative, curious, and ready to work in a team with hands-on tasks.
• Video editing knowledge is a plus!
