✨ About the Project
Do you have a passion for nature and love being outdoors? 🌳 Join Landschap De Liereman, one of Belgium’s oldest nature reserves, located near the charming city of Turnhout. Operating under Natuurpunt, Flanders’ largest nature organization, we work to protect biodiversity and preserve open spaces.
🌟 What You’ll Do
- Engage in nature conservation and biodiversity projects.
- Collaborate with a dynamic team of staff and volunteers.
- Take initiative and explore creative solutions for environmental challenges.
- Meet new people and contribute to the local community.
🏠 Accommodation, Food, and Transport
- Winter: Stay in the city center near shops.
- Summer: Relocate closer to nature.
- Shared housing with other volunteers, including private bedrooms and communal facilities.
- Transport: A bike is provided for exploring and commuting.
- Receive pocket money and a food allowance.
🎓 Training & Support
- Hands-on training from experienced staff and volunteers.
- Participate in on-arrival and mid-term training, organized by the national agency.
