✨ About the Project
Join Sundsvalls Kommun, Kultur & Fritid and make a difference! This project invites volunteers from diverse cultures to engage with youth in creative leisure activities tailored to their needs and interests. Open to everyone regardless of background, ability, religion, gender, or sexual orientation, this initiative promotes solidarity, inclusion, and active participation.

💡 Goals:

• Increase youth participation in local leisure activities.
• Strengthen democratic values and European citizenship among young people.
• Provide opportunities to address social challenges through cultural exchange.

🌟 What You’ll Do

• Organize creative workshops and events.
• Work with children and youth, including those with disabilities.
• Film, document, and promote activities.
• Share your culture and learn from others in a supportive environment.

🏠 Accommodation, Food, and Travel

• Fully equipped shared apartment with private rooms and a common area.
• 5000 SEK/month for food and personal expenses.
• Travel to and from Sundsvall arranged and paid for by the organization.
• Occasional meals provided at work venues.

🎓 Training & Support

• Learn Swedish through SFI (Swedish for Immigrants).
• Participate in on-arrival and mid-term seminars by the Swedish National Agency.

👤 Who Should Apply?

• Aged 18-30, passionate about working with young people.
• Interested in creativity, organizing, and filming.
• Motivated to work independently and learn new things.
• A strong advocate for Erasmus+ and youth policies in Europe.
• Able to commit for 1 year.
