🌍 About the Project
Join TECHO Guatemala, a leading humanitarian organisation, and play a key role in shaping its 2026 national communication campaign!
As a volunteer, you’ll work with the Design and Content Department to strengthen the organisation’s visibility, reach, and impact. Your role will combine creativity, coordination, and community engagement — helping position TECHO as a major voice for social change.
You will:
📢 Design and implement a communication strategy for the 2026 institutional campaign
📰 Collaborate on creative content across social and traditional media
🎨 Maintain consistency of the organisation’s identity across all communication channels
🎤 Support event organisation, outreach and campaign evaluation
🌍 Contribute to promoting TECHO Guatemala’s humanitarian mission at a national level
🏡 Accommodation, Food & Transport
💻 Hybrid working setup (3 days in the office, 2 remote)
🏠 Accommodation, visa fees, flights, vaccinations, health insurance, and local transport fully covered
🍽️ Monthly per diem provided to cover food and personal expenses
🧳 2 days of paid leave per month
🎓 Training & Mentorship
📘 Training in humanitarian action and security management
🤝 Work in a multidisciplinary team within a real humanitarian context
🌎 Gain insights into poverty, inequality, and social responsibility
💬 Improve leadership, communication, and teamwork skills

👥 Participant Profile
We’re looking for passionate and responsible young people (18–35) who are:
✅ Graduates or students in Communication, Marketing, or related fields
✅ Experienced or interested in campaign management and public relations
✅ Fluent or advanced in Spanish
✅ Adaptable, flexible, and strong in teamwork
✅ Eligible residents of EU Member States, North Macedonia, Iceland, Liechtenstein, or Türkiye
✅ Have completed EU Humanitarian Aid Volunteering training and have not previously joined individual Humanitarian Aid volunteering projects
