Centrum Wspรณล‚pracy Mล‚odzieลผy (CWM) is a youth organisation based in Gdynia, Poland, dedicated to educating young people through non-formal local and international experiences. They organise international youth meetings, trainings, and Erasmus+ activities โ€” and they are looking for an ESC volunteer to support their coordination and promotion work as an assistant to their project coordinators.

What Is This Role About?

The volunteer acts as an assistant to the coordinators of CWM’s activities, with a particular focus on promotion and media production. You will gain hands-on experience in content creation for social media, photography, graphic design, and video โ€” while also having the opportunity to get involved in project management during the organisation of Erasmus+ activities.

Activities

๐Ÿ“ธ Taking and processing photos for social media and promotional materials

๐ŸŽฌ Creating videos โ€” including YouTube content and stories for social media platforms

๐Ÿ–ผ๏ธ Creating graphics for digital promotion

๐Ÿ“ฑ Social media content creation โ€” supporting the visibility of CWM’s activities

๐Ÿ—‚๏ธ Supporting project coordination and management during Erasmus+ activities

๐Ÿ“ข Assisting with the promotion of CWM’s international youth programmes

Who Should Apply?
