Color Soc. Cooperativa Sociale ONLUS is a community-based social cooperative working with children, young people, families, and the broader local community. Their ESC project is coordinated by Associazione Casa a Colori ODV and places volunteers inside a rich, collaborative environment where non-formal learning, intercultural exchange, and active citizenship are not just values on paper — they are the daily reality.

What Is This Role About?

The work at Color Cooperative spans educational support, cultural activities, community events, and organisational tasks. You will be working within a multidisciplinary team alongside local schools, social services, and community partners. The role is designed to start with a period of observation and gradual involvement — giving you the time to understand the educational approach before taking on a more active role. This is a thoughtful structure that makes the experience genuinely sustainable.

Accommodation & Practical Details

🏠 Shared flat in Italy with other ESC volunteers — 3 double bedrooms, washing machine, microwave, oven, and WiFi

📍 Address: Via Santissima Trinità 16, Italy

🍽️ Food allowance: €140 per month

💶 Pocket money: €6 per day

🕐 Working hours: 35 hours per week (34 hours of service + 1 hour of tutoring)

📅 Days off: Two consecutive days off per week, plus 2 holidays per month

🚲 Bicycle provided by the organisation for local transport
