💪 What You Will Do

As a volunteer with ASSOC, you’ll play a key role in supporting local initiatives and community development through a wide variety of activities:

• 🎭 Artistic Workshops: Organise and lead painting, music, or theatre sessions to engage and inspire local residents.
• 🤝 Social Assistance Support: Join social inclusion programmes helping youth, families, or seniors in need.
• 🌍 Community Events: Help plan and coordinate cultural or educational events such as exhibitions, awareness campaigns, and social gatherings.
• 🧩 Educational Workshops: Contribute to seminars and learning activities that promote creativity, inclusion, and personal growth.
• 💬 Cultural Exchange: Represent your country, share your story, and build friendships across languages and borders.

🏡 Accommodation, Meals & Allowances

• 🏠 Accommodation: Volunteers stay in shared housing in Baia Mare, with all essential facilities provided.
• 🍽️ Food Allowance: €10 per day.
• 💶 Pocket Money: €4 per day.
• ✈️ Travel Reimbursement: Costs covered according to ESC distance band rules (volunteers are reimbursed after presenting valid travel documents).

👥 Participant Profile

We’re seeking motivated and open-minded young people aged 18–30 from ESC programme countries who want to use their creativity to make a difference.
