Their goal with this placement is straightforward: bring a European perspective into local activities and give young volunteers the space to actually contribute โ€” not just observe.

What Is This Role About?

AGESDER runs a wide range of activities in their province and is now opening their doors to an ESC volunteer who can add value through language, creativity, and community engagement. The focus areas are youth information, fighting discrimination, and expanding opportunities for women, young people, and people with disabilities.

This is a hands-on role. You will not be sitting in the back of the room โ€” you will be running clubs, creating content, and designing your own activities.

Activities
