Thirteen open positions. Thirteen different day care centres. And one city โ Karlsruhe โ where multicultural education for children aged 0โ6 is taken seriously enough to build an entire ESC programme around it. AWO Karlsruhe is looking for ESC volunteers to join their kindergarten teams, support educators, and experience what early childhood education looks like in an international, multilingual environment โ including several bilingual German-French centres.
๐ซ About the Programme
AWO Karlsruhe runs 13 ESC positions across different day care centres (Kitas) in the city โ each with its own character and orientation. Some are bilingual German-French, and all host multicultural staff and children. Volunteers are embedded in one group and work alongside professional educators in their daily routine.
