About the Project 🇧🇬🌱

Art Center Karnolsky welcomes young volunteers to Sofia, Bulgaria 🇧🇬, for a meaningful ESC volunteering experience that blends ecology, creativity, youth work, and community engagement. Volunteers will contribute to environmental actions, educational workshops, artistic initiatives, and intercultural community events — especially in Kardzhali, where many outdoor and eco-activities take place.
This project is perfect for young people who love nature, arts, community service, and making a positive impact.

Project Activities 🌿🎨🌍

• 🌱 Environmental actions (clean-up campaigns, tree planting)
• ♻️ Recycling & upcycling workshops
• 🧒 Educational activities with children & youth
• 🎭 Creative workshops & cultural events
• 💡 Awareness activities in schools & youth centres
• 🌍 International team collaboration
• 🤝 Promoting solidarity, sustainability & community spirit

Accommodation, Food & Transport 🏡🍽️🚐

• 🏠 Safe, decent accommodation arranged by the host
• 🍽️ Food allowance provided through ESC support
• 🚐 Local transport covered or reimbursed
• ✈️ Travel to Bulgaria funded according to ESC distance rules & green travel options

• 🧭 Full ESC training cycle:
  • Pre-departure preparation
  • On-arrival training
  • Mid-term evaluation
  • Annual volunteer event
