💡 Project Overview

Take part in a unique European Solidarity Corps project tackling one of Europe’s key social challenges — rural depopulation.
Join Asociación DESES-3 in Medina del Campo, Spain, and contribute to the revitalization of local communities through creativity, education, and civic engagement. 🌱🤝

This ambitious volunteering plan offers a variety of meaningful activities designed to empower local citizens, especially young people, and bring new life to small towns in Castilla y León.

As a volunteer, you will:
🌍 Support people with special needs and promote inclusion.
💼 Take part in employment and entrepreneurship initiatives that strengthen community potential.
🎭 Promote culture, creativity, and intercultural exchange through local projects.
🎨 Facilitate educational and leisure activities for children and youth.
💬 Spread the word about Erasmus+ and ESC programmes, inspiring others to take part in mobility and non-formal learning experiences.

You’ll help turn ideas into action — strengthening social cohesion, creating opportunities, and encouraging people to stay and grow in their hometowns. 🌾✨

🏡 Accommodation, Food & Travel

• Accommodation, food, and transport costs are fully covered by the ESC programme. 🏠
• All living arrangements are provided by Asociación DESES-3 in Medina del Campo.
• Volunteers will live close to the main project locations for easy mobility. 🚶‍♀️

🧭 Training & Support

• You’ll participate in On-Arrival and Final Training sessions organised by the Spanish National Agency 🇪🇸.
• Continuous mentorship and local support will be provided by DESES-3 staff and trainers.
• You’ll gain new skills in non-formal education, teamwork, communication, and community development.
• At the end of your stay, your learning achievements will be officially certified through a Youthpass Certificate. 🎓

👩‍🏫 Participant Profile

We are looking for motivated, flexible, and socially engaged volunteers ready to work in a multicultural and dynamic environment.

Ideal participants should be:
✅ Aged 18–30 and residents of EU countries
✅ Positive, adaptable, and willing to learn from daily life
✅ Interested in social issues, education, and cultural promotion
✅ Open to teamwork and intercultural experiences
✅ Basic knowledge of Spanish is appreciated 🇪🇸
