And a team of 6 volunteers from across Europe, the Eastern Partnership region, and the Western Balkans working together to create real educational and social change. COSI (Civic Orientation and Social Integration) is looking for passionate young people to join their team in Bucharest, Romania for the Eastern Partnership Volunteering Program 6.2.
๐ข About COSI
COSI is a Romanian NGO dedicated to civic orientation, social integration, and non-formal education. As part of the EPVP programme, volunteers play an active organisational role in Erasmus+ activities while contributing to awareness campaigns on human rights, active citizenship, and social inclusion.
๐ฏ The Role
Volunteers will take on organisational roles in two major Erasmus+ Training Courses taking place in Romania, and lead or support 6 monthly awareness-raising campaigns throughout the placement. The work combines event management, project coordination, communication, and community engagement.
๐ What You’ll Do
๐ Play an organisational role in implementing 2 Erasmus+ Training Courses taking place in Romania
๐ฃ Join and support 6 monthly awareness-raising campaigns on topics aligned with COSI’s mission
๐ Promote human rights, solidarity, intercultural dialogue, volunteering, and active citizenship
๐ป Develop skills in project management, writing, ICT, social media, and event organisation
๐ค Contribute to reducing stereotypes, prejudices, racism, discrimination, and social inequality

๐ What the Project Provides
๐ Accommodation in 2 nice apartments in Bucharest โ all bills included
๐ถ โฌ270 per month covering pocket money and food
๐ก๏ธ International insurance throughout the placement
โ๏ธ International and local transportation fully covered
๐ VISA costs covered where applicable
๐งโ๐ซ Mentoring and volunteer coordinator support throughout
๐ On-arrival online training from the National Agency
๐๏ธ Introductory face-to-face training from the hosting organisation
๐ Mid-term evaluation provided by the National Agency
๐ค Who Should Apply
COSI is specifically looking for NEET (Not in Employment, Education, or Training) youngsters, conventionally unemployed young people, and opportunity-seekers aged 18โ30 who are:

๐ Keen to develop within a multicultural environment
๐ป Motivated to acquire project management, writing, ICT, and social media skills
