🌍 About the Volunteering Opportunity
The Türkiye Taekwondo Federation is hosting an exciting European Solidarity Corps Volunteering Teams activity during the Türkiye Taekwondo Championships in Alanya / Antalya, Türkiye. This short-term volunteering experience brings together young people from different countries to support a large-scale national sports event, gain hands-on experience in event organisation, and take part in intercultural exchange activities.

During approximately 10 days, volunteers will actively contribute to the smooth running of the championships while working in an international and dynamic sports environment.

Alanya Atatürk Spor Salonu, Kızlar Pınarı, Alanya / Antalya, Türkiye

🤝 Volunteering Tasks
🥋 Supporting the preparation and arrangement of competition areas
🏟️ Assisting the organising team with equipment and venue needs
🙋 Helping athletes and participants when support is required
📋 Supporting the daily flow and coordination of the championships
🌍 Taking part in cultural exchange activities and workshops

🏠 Accommodation, Food & Financial Support
🛏️ Accommodation provided within walking distance of the sports hall
👥 Shared rooms (2–3 volunteers of the same gender)
🍽️ Meals or food allowance provided during the activity
💶 Daily pocket money included
✈️ Travel costs reimbursed shortly after arrival

🎓 Training & Support
📘 Orientation training upon arrival, including a city tour
🗺️ Introduction to the organisation, facilities, daily tasks and working areas
🏃 Task-related training provided by responsible staff throughout the activity
👥 Opportunity to experience different activity areas during the championships

👤 Participant Profile
This volunteering team is looking for 11 motivated volunteers who:
