About the Opportunity
🌍 This European Solidarity Corps individual volunteering project is implemented by A4ACTION – Asociatia pentru Initiative si Dezvoltare Continua in Ghermănești (Snagov), Romania 🇷🇴.
🤝 The project aims to support children and young people through education, creativity, and community-based non-formal learning activities while strengthening local youth structures.

What Will You Do?
🎒 Organise and implement non-formal activities within the A4ACTION Afterschool Programme
🎨 Deliver outdoor activities, arts & crafts sessions, English lessons, and personal development workshops
🏫 Design and facilitate workshops in local schools (culture, civic engagement, green practices, environmental education, digital skills)
🎥 Create promotional videos to showcase the ESC programme and project impact
💻 Contribute to the development of the A4ACTION Online Youth Centre

Training & Learning Experience
🧠 Short workshops on non-formal education, facilitation, and working with children
📘 Continuous learning through non-formal education methods
🇪🇺 Participation in On-Arrival Training and Mid-Term Evaluation organised by the Romanian National Agency

Who Can Apply?
👤 Aged 18–30
🎓 Completed secondary education or equivalent
💬 Good knowledge of English
🤍 Responsible, communicative, friendly, and motivated
🌍 Interested in education, youth work, and community involvement
🛠️ Able to prepare and lead activities
🇪🇺 National of an EU Member State
