About the Opportunity
This European Solidarity Corpsย individual volunteeringย project is hosted byย Internationaler Bund โ€“ IB Mitte gGmbH fรผr Bildung und Soziale Diensteย in Germany. The volunteer will supportย pedagogical and educational processeswithin vocational education programmes, focusing especially onย young people with disabilities or social disadvantages. The role combines educational assistance, group supervision, and motivational support in a structured learning environment.,

What Will You Do?
๐Ÿ“˜ Support pedagogical processes in vocational education measures
๐Ÿง  Motivate young participants to engage in learning activities
๐Ÿ‘ฅ Supervise groups working on learning tasks assigned by professional staff
โœ๏ธ Assist individual participants with general education subjects
๐Ÿค Contribute to inclusive learning environments for young people with fewer opportunities

Accommodation & Practical Arrangements
๐Ÿ  Accommodation provided locally in Germany
๐Ÿฝ๏ธ Food costs covered within the programme framework
๐Ÿš Local transport costs financed according to ESC rules

Training & Learning Support
๐ŸŽ“ 5 centrally organised educational training days
๐Ÿ“– Continuous learning through daily pedagogical practice
๐Ÿ“œ Learning outcomes documented via Youthpass

Participant Profile
๐Ÿ™‹ Preferably with a completed pedagogical background (e.g. educator, teacher, pedagogue)
๐Ÿง  Strong interest in supporting the development of young people with disabilities or social disadvantages
๐Ÿ—ฃ๏ธ German language skills at minimum B2 level
โค๏ธ Motivated, responsible, and supportive personality
๐Ÿ“˜ Interest in education, inclusion, and social support
