This is a hands-on, output-focused placement. You won’t just be observing — you’ll be collecting data, identifying inefficiencies, evaluating campaigns, and proposing strategic improvements across TTT’s recruitment and advertising operations. The role sits at the intersection of data analysis, digital marketing, and strategic decision-making.

📋 Key Responsibilities

💰 Expense & Budget Analysis

📥 Collect and analyse departmental expenses related to accommodation maintenance, recruitment platforms, and advertising

🔍 Identify inefficiencies and propose cost-saving measures based on real data

📣 Recruitment Campaign Evaluation

📈 Assess the performance of recruitment campaigns across multiple platforms

🎯 Identify the most effective channels for reach, engagement, and conversion

🧠 Strategic Development

📊 Use data analytics to refine recruitment strategies

🔎 Optimise job post visibility and audience targeting

📱 Strengthen employer branding through trend monitoring and user engagement insights

🧩 Profile & Skills

The ideal candidate has a solid foundation in data collection, expense tracking, and cost analysis. You should be confident working with spreadsheets and familiar with basic financial metrics such as ROI and cost-per-hire. An interest in recruitment marketing and strategic planning is essential.
