🏢 About TTT

TTT Tierra Techo Trabajo is a organisation working with renowned touristic partners in Agrigento, Sicily. As an intern, you’ll be embedded in the daily operations of an active tourism site — managing visitor flows, guiding tourists through historically significant areas, and handling front office tasks in one of Italy’s most culturally rich destinations.

📋 Main Tasks

🚦 Management of Incoming Visitor Flows

👁️ Monitor traffic at entry points throughout the site

🎟️ Coordinate with ticketing staff for smooth visitor processing

👥 Assist in visitor crowd management across different site areas

🗺️ Tourist Guidance & Support

🏛️ Guide tourists through different areas, providing cultural and historical context

❓ Respond to tourist inquiries and offer assistance throughout their visit

📋 Ensure visitors comply with site regulations

🗂️ Front Office Management & Paperwork

💳 Process ticket sales and handle transactions

📄 Assist with administrative tasks and documentation

🏠 Shared accommodation for all interns in fully furnished apartments

🇮🇹 Italian language classes at beginner and intermediate level

✅ Requirements

🎓 Must be eligible for the Erasmus+ programme

📅 Available to join in Agrigento for at least 4 months

🗣️ Minimum B1 level in English — knowledge of other languages is appreciated

This internship is open to students and recent graduates passionate about history, tourism, and cultural heritage. Only shortlisted candidates will be contacted for an interview.
