TTT Tierra Techo Trabajo is a organisation working with renowned touristic partners in Agrigento, Sicily. As an intern, you’ll be embedded in the daily operations of an active tourism site โ managing visitor flows, guiding tourists through historically significant areas, and handling front office tasks in one of Italy’s most culturally rich destinations.
๐ Main Tasks
๐ฆ Management of Incoming Visitor Flows
๐๏ธ Monitor traffic at entry points throughout the site
๐๏ธ Coordinate with ticketing staff for smooth visitor processing
๐ฅ Assist in visitor crowd management across different site areas
๐บ๏ธ Tourist Guidance & Support
๐๏ธ Guide tourists through different areas, providing cultural and historical context
โ Respond to tourist inquiries and offer assistance throughout their visit
๐ Ensure visitors comply with site regulations
๐๏ธ Front Office Management & Paperwork
๐ณ Process ticket sales and handle transactions
๐ Assist with administrative tasks and documentation
๐ Community Resources Provided
๐ Shared accommodation for all interns in fully furnished apartments
๐ฎ๐น Italian language classes at beginner and intermediate level

๐ Administrative assistance throughout the internship

โ Requirements
๐ Must be eligible for the Erasmus+ programme
๐ Available to join in Agrigento for at least 4 months
๐ฃ๏ธ Minimum B1 level in English โ knowledge of other languages is appreciated
