🏢 About TTT & the Role

TTT Tierra Techo Trabajo works at the intersection of advocacy, international relations, and youth empowerment. As an intern, you’ll play a key role in expanding TTT’s partner network — identifying collaborators, supporting advocacy campaigns, and contributing to the Youth for Exchange Program, a transformative initiative aimed at empowering young people through international exchanges, cross-cultural experiences, and social justice advocacy.

📋 Key Responsibilities

🔍 Research & Analysis

📊 Conduct research to identify potential partners — NGOs, governmental agencies, and international organisations

🧩 Analyse potential partners’ missions and goals to assess alignment with TTT’s objectives

📣 Stakeholder Engagement

✍️ Assist in preparing communication materials and outreach strategies

📧 Facilitate initial contact and follow-up with potential partners

🤝 Partnership Development

📋 Support the development of partnership proposals and agreements

🗓️ Collaborate with the team to organise meetings, workshops, and events with partners

📢 Advocacy Support

🗳️ Contribute to the planning and execution of advocacy campaigns

📝 Assist in drafting policy briefs, reports, and advocacy documents

🗂️ Administrative Duties

💾 Maintain and update databases of partners and stakeholders

📅 Provide administrative support including scheduling meetings and preparing documentation

✅ Requirements

📅 Available to join in Agrigento for at least 4 months

🗣️ Minimum B1 level in English

💻 Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite — Word, Excel, PowerPoint

🎓 Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a degree in International Relations, Political Science, Development Studies, or a related field
