Project Overview
An exciting ESC volunteering journey awaits you in Ghermănești, Romania! Become part of A4ACTION’s youth-focused mission, supporting local community development through creative workshops, afterschool activities, cultural events, digital content, civic engagement and environmental initiatives. This project is perfect for motivated young people ready to grow, inspire others, and experience meaningful impact in a multicultural setting. 💫🤝🇷🇴🌱

Your Main Tasks
🎒 Facilitate fun, educational afterschool sessions (English clubs, outdoor play, creativity, arts & crafts, personal development).
🏫 Lead inspiring activities in local schools (cultural events, civic engagement workshops, digital skills, environmental learning).
🎥 Create videos to promote ESC, volunteering, and project activities.
🌐 Contribute fresh ideas to improve and expand the A4ACTION Online Youth Center.
🤝 Participate actively in community life while gaining leadership and teamwork experience.

Accommodation, Food & Transport
✈️ Travel reimbursement based on ESC distance rules.
💶 Pocket money + food allowance provided according to ESC standards.
🏠 Shared accommodation with fellow volunteers.
🩺 Full medical insurance via Henner ESC coverage.

Training During the Activity
🎓 On-Arrival & Mid-Term Training by the Romanian National Agency.
🧩 Hands-on workshops in facilitation, non-formal education, teamwork and working with children.
🌍 Continuous mentorship and learning opportunities.
