🎯 Purpose of the Internship
This internship is designed as a structured learning experience within a mobility programme. You will gain hands-on experience in academic management, student engagement, educational content creation, event coordination, and database-based monitoring processes.

📘 What You Will Learn
• How large language schools coordinate student induction and integration
• Techniques for supporting diverse learners in a multicultural environment
• Academic administration processes including attendance tracking and exam support
• Creating educational content, videos, guides, and course materials
• Organising Modern Foreign Language open days and academic events
• Strengthening communication, organisation, and problem-solving skills

🛠️ Main Learning Activities
• Welcoming and inducting new students
• Coordinating week-one tutorials for new learners
• Preparing course guides based on institutional templates
• Monitoring attendance and updating the student management system
• Supporting exam coordination and logistics
• Organising MFL open days and student information sessions
• Creating educational videos, social media content, and academic materials
• Collaborating with academic staff and providing front-line student support

👤 Ideal Candidate Profile
• Strong command of English (C1 level)
• Interest in teaching, learning, linguistics, and academic processes
• Familiarity with Google Docs, Drive, and digital tools
• Creativity and interest in digital content creation
• Responsible, organised, and motivated
• Eligible for an Erasmus+ or formal academic placement (Learning Agreement required)
