⭐ About the Project

The AGESDER Volunteers – 2026.03.L.1 project invites young people from across Europe to join Avrupa Gençlik Eğitim ve Spor Derneği (AGESDER) in Niğde, Türkiye for a meaningful ESC volunteering experience.
This opportunity aims to strengthen youth participation, enrich local activities with a European dimension, and promote inclusion, equality, and social impact. 🌟

Volunteers will contribute to English-speaking clubs, social media content creation, youth information work, creative activities, community engagement, and much more — all while experiencing Türkiye’s unique culture and hospitality. 🇹🇷🤝


📌 Activity Highlights

  • 🗣️ Organising English Speaking Clubs
  • 📱 Creating engaging content for AGESDER’s English-learning Instagram account
  • 🎨 Designing and leading personal activities (arts & culture, sustainability, work life, book/movie club, etc.)
  • 🌱 Joining social responsibility and community-focused initiatives
  • 🤝 Supporting AGESDER’s youth information and local engagement work

🏡 Accommodation, Food & Transport

  • All costs are fully covered: accommodation, food allowance, pocket money, and transport
  • Volunteers stay in an apartment 15 minutes from AGESDER’s office
  • Access to a safe workspace with kitchen & bathroom
  • Local medical care available; communication maintained with volunteers and sending organisations for support

🎓 Training Provided

  • Pre-departure training by sending organisations
  • On-arrival training by AGESDER
  • Online preparatory sessions before departure
  • Contract signed on arrival outlining rights, obligations & conditions
  • Introduction to the facility, volunteer tasks, and crisis-prevention procedures

👤 Participant Profile

AGESDER is looking for motivated, responsible, creative volunteers who are:

  • 🎯 Aware of ESC philosophy
  • 💡 Motivated to create and implement activities
  • 🤝 Open to teamwork in international groups
  • 🗣️ Good communicators with social & intercultural skills
  • 💪 In good physical & psychological condition
  • ✔️ Legally adult (18+)
