🎯 Your Role & Main Tasks

• 🤝 Support project managers with event planning, documentation, and community outreach
• 🧩 Help connect local and European initiatives through creative communication
• 📚 Assist with research, reimbursements, and project dissemination
• 🎤 Represent CGE at networking meetings, conferences, and youth events
• 🌍 Coordinate and implement activities that promote inclusion and community engagement

👥 Participant Profile

We are looking for motivated young people who are:

• 💡 Interested in community management, youth engagement, or NGO work
• 🗣 Skilled in communication, teamwork, and intercultural collaboration
• 🎯 Comfortable with public speaking and networking in international settings
• 💬 Fluent in English (knowledge of other languages is an asset)
• 💻 Confident with digital tools, online platforms, and social media

No previous professional experience is required — only motivation, curiosity, and a proactive spirit!
