🌟 Project Overview
A meaningful ESC volunteering experience in Timisoara supporting the Ukrainian Educational Hub. Volunteers help Ukrainian children, teens, and their families through non-formal learning activities, creative workshops, community-building sessions, and inclusive events. The project focuses on social integration, cultural understanding, emotional support, and community resilience.

🎯 Volunteer Tasks & Activities
You’ll take part in creative and educational activities that bring Romanian and Ukrainian youth together. Tasks include youth workshops, non-formal learning sessions, social inclusion activities, supporting families, leading group interactions, and contributing to a safe and welcoming environment for all participants.

🏡 Accommodation, Food & Transport
Volunteers stay in a cozy Youth House in twin or triple rooms. A shared kitchen is available. You receive:
• Food allowance: 5 EUR/day
• Pocket money: 4 EUR/day
• Airport/train/bus pickup
• Public transport subscription

🎓 Training & Support
Training includes ESC induction, non-formal education methods, facilitation skills, human rights, mediation, and working with refugees. FITT provides a supportive learning environment to help volunteers grow personally and professionally.

👥 Participant Profile
Ideal candidates are aged 18–30, motivated, responsible, open-minded, and comfortable communicating in English. An interest in working with youth with fewer opportunities is essential.
