🌟 About the Project

The “Agents of Change” project empowers young volunteers (18–30) to become active changemakers in their communities. Volunteers will support refugees, immigrants, unaccompanied minors, women, NEETs, unemployed, and people in poverty, while also working on initiatives for environmental protection.

Main activities include:

• Supporting vulnerable groups through social & educational activities 🤝
• Implementing awareness campaigns on key European challenges 🌍
• Organising intercultural dialogue & solidarity-based events ✨
• Taking part in environmental protection actions 🌱
• Collaborating with KEAN’s members to strengthen social cohesion & inclusion

🏠 Accommodation, Food & Allowance

• Fully covered accommodation in a shared apartment in central Athens 🏡
• Apartment equipped with appliances, furniture, internet, and heating ⚡
• Travel costs fully reimbursed ✈️
• Monthly food & pocket allowance according to ESC rules 💶

• Training on ethics, safety, and environmental policies
• Preparation for working with vulnerable groups
• Guidance from experts + peer learning & intercultural activities
• Learning by doing and ongoing mentoring support

👤 Participant Profile

We are looking for young people (18–30) who are:

• EU citizens 🌍
• Motivated to engage in social challenges & environmental protection 🌱
• Interested in intercultural dialogue & teamwork
• With a good level of English and/or Greek
  💡 Young people with fewer opportunities (e.g. disabilities, LGBTQI+) are strongly encouraged to apply.
