📢 Design and implement awareness campaigns online and offline

🎨 Co-create actions related to EU Youth priorities

🏠 Accommodation Food and Travel
✈️ Travel costs covered according to ESC distance calculator rules
🏡 Accommodation provided in gender-specific double or triple rooms
🍽️ Breakfast lunch and dinner fully covered

📚 Training and Learning
🧠 Non-formal experiential learning based on the YOCOMO Competence Model
🤝 Team-building sessions and intercultural integration workshops
💻 Training on campaign development and digital tools
📊 Practice in surveys data analysis and project idea development
🎓 Continuous guidance and support from the trainer

👤 Participant Profile
👥 10 young people aged 18–30
🇪🇺 Residing in EU Member States
🗣️ Good working knowledge of English
💻 Solid digital skills including social media and Microsoft Office
🌍 Commitment to human rights solidarity inclusion and equality
🤝 Openness to teamwork multicultural learning and peer-to-peer exchange
🎓 Previous youth work experience is an asset but not required
