🎨 Join a Vibrant Cultural Exchange in Amiens!
This European Solidarity Corps (ESC) project, led by Concordia Picardie in partnership with Amiens Hostel, aims to promote intercultural exchange and local initiatives.
As a volunteer, you will engage residents and visitors in cultural activities, support events, and help develop the social and creative atmosphere at the hostel.
💼 Your Role as a Volunteer
✔️ Organize events, exhibitions, and workshops 🖼️
✔️ Encourage meetings & exchanges between members, locals, and visitors 🤝
✔️ Promote activities and cultural events on social media 📲
✔️ Prepare monthly intercultural & language workshops with Concordia 🌎
✔️ Share your experiences to promote the European Solidarity Corps 🇪🇺
✔️ Develop your own creative or cultural project (collaborative projects encouraged!) 🎭
📌 You will work at the hostel and once a week at the Concordia office.
🏡 Accommodation, Food & Transport
✔️ Accommodation: Shared 90m² flat at Amiens Youth Hostel (3-5 volunteers).
✔️ Meals: €9 per day food allowance. 🍽️
✔️ Pocket Money: €8 per day (paid monthly). 💰
✔️ Transport: Bicycle or monthly bus pass provided. 🚲🚌
✔️ WiFi Access: Available throughout the hostel.
🎓 Training & Support
📌 Orientation and mentoring provided by Concordia Picardie
📌 Support for personal project development
👤 Who Can Apply?
✅ Requirements:
🔹 Age: 18 – 30 years old
🔹 Able to take initiative and work in a team
🔹 Creative and enthusiastic about intercultural exchange
🔹 Basic knowledge of French is a plus 🇫🇷
🔹 Previous experience in community volunteering is appreciated
