Join Associazione Regen ETS to:
- Engage in agroforestry management, permaculture, and biofertilizer production.
- Participate in eco-building projects and community workshops.
- Learn sustainable living practices like soil composting and regenerative agriculture.

🛋 Accommodation, Food, and Transport
🏠 Accommodation:
- Shared rooms on the farm in Palombaio.
🍴 Meals:
- Vegetarian and mostly organic, prepared with local ingredients by volunteers and staff.
🌱 Eco-Friendly Living:
- Volunteers are encouraged to bring biodegradable toiletries.
🚍 Transport:
- Palombaio is well-connected to Bitonto by bus, with access to Bari and other destinations via train.
📚 Training and Support
- Task-specific training for activities.
- Weekly communication workshops.
- On-arrival and mid-term evaluation training.

👥 Participant Profile
We’re looking for eco-conscious individuals aged 18–30 who:
- Are motivated, open-minded, and passionate about sustainability and community living.
- Have an interest in agroforestry, permaculture, and regenerative agriculture.
- Speak English or Italian proficiently.
- Are proactive, sociable, and creative, with strong teamwork skills.
