🌍 About the Project

This ESC project in Leszno promotes:

  • Volunteerism and NGO activities.
  • Social economy initiatives and creative workshops for youth clubs.
  • Cultural presentations, European Solidarity Corps (ESC) initiatives, and intergenerational activities.

🌟 Key Responsibilities:

  • Organize and participate in the European Week Project festival for all age groups.
  • Deliver cultural presentations in schools and youth clubs.
  • Lead workshops on arts, sports, tradition, and language games.
  • Collaborate with an international team to share and promote cultures.

🛋 Accommodation, Food, and Transport

🏠 Accommodation:

  • Shared housing close to the office (2–10 minutes), with access to common spaces and bicycles.

🍴 Allowance:

  • Pocket money and food allowance provided.

✈️ Travel Expenses:

  • Reimbursed according to ESC Guide guidelines.
  • Support for green travel, including extra travel days and a higher budget limit.

📚 Training and Support

  • Adaptation Week with Polish language introduction.
  • Team collaboration in an international setting using English.
  • Post-project certification: Youth Pass / ESC Volunteer Diploma.
