🌍 About the Project

Betzata Community focuses on supporting individuals with special needs through meaningful activities and relationships.

🌟 Key Responsibilities:

• Build relationships with people with special needs and support them in their daily work.
• Assist individuals in learning work rhythms and fostering independence.
• Collaborate on creative projects, including crafting wooden items.
• Participate in celebrations, festivals, and camps with the community.
• Help with transportation to and from the atelier.

🛋 Accommodation, Food, and Transport

🏠 Accommodation:

• Personal room in a shared 3- or 5-room apartment with other ESC volunteers.

🍴 Allowance:

• 240 EUR/month for pocket money and food expenses.

🚍 Transport:

• Monthly bus ticket provided.

📚 Training and Support

• Online Lithuanian language course.
• On-arrival and mid-term training by the National Agency.
• Participation in L’Arche international training programs.
