From exhibitions and creative workshops to youth discussions and cultural meetups, you’ll help bring ideas to life and inspire others to express themselves. 💬🌍

🎯 Main Activities

• 📚 Assist in organizing exhibitions, workshops, and public events
• 🎨 Support artistic and educational projects for local youth
• 🧠 Help facilitate creative sessions and language exchanges
• 💡 Contribute to community projects promoting culture and inclusion
• 💬 Interact with visitors and help create a warm, inspiring atmosphere

You’ll also have the opportunity to bring your own project ideas to life, supported by mentors and library staff!

👥 Participant Profile

We’re looking for young people who are:

• 🌍 Curious, communicative, and eager to learn
• 💬 Fluent in English (other languages are a plus)
• 📖 Interested in books, cultural heritage, and intercultural exchange
• 🤝 Adaptable, patient, and proactive
• 💡 Motivated to work in a diverse environment and engage with all visitors

Eligibility:

• Aged 18–30
• Have not previously participated in a long-term ESC volunteering project

• 🏠 Shared apartment with other volunteers in Klaipėda
• 🍽️ Monthly allowance for food and pocket money
• 🧳 All travel and living expenses covered under ESC programme rules
