💡 About the Training

This international training course is designed for professionals working with young people in rural settings, particularly those supporting vulnerable youth facing:

🚧 Social and structural exclusion

The main objective is to co-create a joint working methodology and share best practices to overcome these external barriers.

✔ Over 18 years old
✔ Working regularly with young people
✔ Interested in inclusion and non-formal education
✔ Resident of participating countries
✔ Intermediate level of English required
✔ Prioritising migrant professionals who meet the criteria

🏨 Accommodation & Logistics

🏨 Accommodation at Hostal Santiago (2–3 people per private room with bathroom)
🍽 All meals provided at Centro de Desarrollo Rural (CDR)
☕ Two daily coffee breaks included
📍 All activities take place at CDR
