💡 About the Training

NICE AI focuses on the integration of Artificial Intelligence tools into non-formal education and intercultural learning.

Through role-play, simulation and theatrical methods, participants will:

🎭 Explore AI-supported role-playing and simulations
🤝 Strengthen intercultural communication competences
🧠 Simulate real-world cultural complexities using AI tools
🎨 Use storytelling and creative methods in youth work
🌐 Develop practical approaches for inclusive and innovative non-formal education

The training creates a safe and creative learning space where AI and human-driven methods meet to explore cultural diversity and dialogue.

🎓 Learning Outcomes

Participants will:

✔ Enhance assertive and intercultural communication skills
✔ Learn to integrate AI tools into non-formal education
✔ Develop local project ideas using AI and NFE methods
✔ Strengthen facilitation and simulation-based learning skills
✔ Build sustainable international partnerships

Beyond individual development, the project aims to inspire participants to create local initiatives promoting intercultural dialogue through AI-supported learning tools.

👤 Participant Profile

✔ 18+ youth/social workers/leaders/NGO key staff
✔ Motivated and open-minded
✔ Ready to share knowledge and possibly lead a workshop/session
✔ Willing to implement project results locally
✔ Good command of English
✔ Experience in NFE or AI tools is desirable but not mandatory

Selection will be based strictly on application quality and relevance of profile.
