NICE AI focuses on the integration of Artificial Intelligence tools into non-formal education and intercultural learning.

Through role-play, simulation and theatrical methods, participants will:

๐ŸŽญ Explore AI-supported role-playing and simulations
๐Ÿค Strengthen intercultural communication competences
๐Ÿง  Simulate real-world cultural complexities using AI tools
๐ŸŽจ Use storytelling and creative methods in youth work
๐ŸŒ Develop practical approaches for inclusive and innovative non-formal education

The training creates a safe and creative learning space where AI and human-driven methods meet to explore cultural diversity and dialogue.

๐ŸŽ“ Learning Outcomes

Participants will:

โœ” Enhance assertive and intercultural communication skills
โœ” Learn to integrate AI tools into non-formal education
โœ” Develop local project ideas using AI and NFE methods
โœ” Strengthen facilitation and simulation-based learning skills
โœ” Build sustainable international partnerships

Beyond individual development, the project aims to inspire participants to create local initiatives promoting intercultural dialogue through AI-supported learning tools.

โœ” 18+ youth/social workers/leaders/NGO key staff
โœ” Motivated and open-minded
โœ” Ready to share knowledge and possibly lead a workshop/session
โœ” Willing to implement project results locally
โœ” Good command of English
โœ” Experience in NFE or AI tools is desirable but not mandatory

Selection will be based strictly on application quality and relevance of profile.
