NICE AI focuses on the integration of Artificial Intelligence tools into non-formal education and intercultural learning.
Through role-play, simulation and theatrical methods, participants will:
๐ญ Explore AI-supported role-playing and simulations
๐ค Strengthen intercultural communication competences
๐ง Simulate real-world cultural complexities using AI tools
๐จ Use storytelling and creative methods in youth work
๐ Develop practical approaches for inclusive and innovative non-formal education
The training creates a safe and creative learning space where AI and human-driven methods meet to explore cultural diversity and dialogue.
๐ Learning Outcomes
Participants will:
โ Enhance assertive and intercultural communication skills
โ Learn to integrate AI tools into non-formal education
โ Develop local project ideas using AI and NFE methods
โ Strengthen facilitation and simulation-based learning skills
โ Build sustainable international partnerships
Beyond individual development, the project aims to inspire participants to create local initiatives promoting intercultural dialogue through AI-supported learning tools.

โ 18+ youth/social workers/leaders/NGO key staff
โ Motivated and open-minded
โ Ready to share knowledge and possibly lead a workshop/session
โ Willing to implement project results locally
โ Good command of English
โ Experience in NFE or AI tools is desirable but not mandatory
Selection will be based strictly on application quality and relevance of profile.
